How do I get my cashback?
Fill up as usual, then scan the receipt in the app. Cashback is credited to your balance automatically and appears on the home screen straight away.
When is it paid out?
Once a month, automatically to the bank account you set under Profile → Payout details. No fees and nothing to request.
Is it free?
Yes. Downloading and using Fuel2Go is completely free. There are no monthly fees and no payout fees.
Can I add more than one car?
Yes. Add as many vehicles as you need under Profile → Vehicles and pick the right one at each fill-up.
How many fill-ups per day can I make?
For normal use the limit will not get in your way. Exact daily caps per vehicle are set out in the Terms and Conditions.
Why do I have rejected fill-ups?
The usual causes are an unreadable or already-scanned receipt, a station outside the network, or a fill-up beyond the daily limit. Open the transaction to see the exact reason.
